At KlassyMen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom/tailored garments are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@klassymen.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@klassymen.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@klassymen.com with photos of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
